PLANS & CUTTING FILES Pre cut boat kits contain all the metal parts required to build a complete sailboat. These parts are computer generated and NC Plasma cut before they are packed and delivered ready for you to start assembling and welding into the finished boat. We design and nest the package using our specialized computer programs The kits are then cut on a computerized plasma-oxygen cutter. Complete assembly plans and written instructions are supplied with each kit. The kits contain all the pre-shot blasted and primed steel to build the hull, decks and superstructure. All framing, stringers, engine beds, 'T' sole bearers, deck beams, deck stringers and all exterior hull, deck and cabin plating is included. You also receive 3 steel bulkheads complete with stiffeners. In radius chine boats, all the rounded chine plates are included rolled to the exact shape and curvature for a perfect fit. Windows and doorways are cut out as required. Complete assembly and engineering plans supplied. Delivery is included. For example, an 11m ( 36' ) yacht would comprise of around 350 parts! These kits are shipped world-wide, each in individual containers. We can develop customized kits for most Bruce Roberts designed boats.
